These conditions of partnership apply to all transactions between the service partner, Networkmultisport member, and Networkmultisport concerning the supply of good and/or services from the partner to Networkmultisport members, including all quotations, offers, orders or sales. These conditions (which will only be waived or varied in writing signed by Networkmultisport) will prevail over all conditions of the above transactions to the extent of any inconsistency. Service Partner discounts to Networkmultisport members Our service partners will provide Networkmultisport members with a minimum 10% discount off their retail price for all product/services during the time that they are registered as an active network partner. Networkmultisport members must identifier themselves as current members of Networkmultisport through the provision of an active membership card before any transaction has taken place and discount applied. The 10% discount may vary from service provider to service provider. Networkmultisport will endeavour to negotiate the best possible outcome for members at all times and in the course of negations will agree to more suitable discounts Miscellaneous A service Partner is not an agent of Newtorkmultisport in any sale of the goods or supply of services. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute an assignment by the partner of any Intellectual Property Rights of Networkmultisport. Advice and Information Any advice, recommendation, information, assistance or service given by the partner in relation to their service or goods sold is given in good faith and is believed to be accurate, appropriate and reliable at the time it is given, but is provided without any warranty or accuracy, appropriateness or reliability and Networkmultisport does not accept any liability or responsibility for any loss suffered from the members reliance on such advice, recommendation, information, assistance or service. Guarantee You agree that they have read and accept these Terms of Agreement, and hereby guarantee to Networkmultisport punctual performance of all obligations contained in this agreement, and otherwise indemnifies Networkmultisport against all loss, damage, costs and expenses suffered or incurred by us as a result of any failure by the Member/Partner to successfully perform their obligations under this agreement |
